WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?
- Collaborate with the CRM Assistant Manager to manage, create and deploy CRM campaigns to acquire new customers and retain existing customers
- Support execution and operation of loyalty programme and handle membership-related tasks
- Work closely with the wider marketing and brand teams to coordinate promotional messaging across the business and develop efficient customer communications plan through data analysis and customer segmentation
- Compile regular reports, monitor communications delivery and evaluate campaign results, assist Manager in analyzing customer data to provide insights for developing marketing & sales strategies
- Handle customer enquiries and ad hoc tasks to cope with business needs
YOU NEED TO BE...
- Degree holder in marketing, information system, research or statistics and other related subjects
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in CRM or email marketing-related industry
- Strong analytical sense, attentive to details and good interpersonal skills
- Numerate with the ability to compile reports
- CRM experience of fashion /beauty/ luxury brands preferred
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
