We are now inviting high calibre talent to join us as the position below

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

• Support online shops’ daily operations and logistics (e.g. stock control, sales data checking, warehouse coordination, customer enquiries)
• Assist the team on customer data management (e.g. data processing and customer profile update)
• Support the team on digital projects (e.g. website content update)
• Follow up the development of communications layouts (e.g. eDM and MMS)
• Be responsible for ad hoc tasks

YOU NEED TO BE…

• Bachelor degree in Marketing, PR, Information Technology or relevant disciplines
• With customer relationship management related work experience is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Able to work 3 days per week
