We are now inviting a creative, self-motivated, energetic and talented Talent Acquisition Manager / Assistant Manager to join us.

Reports to the Head of Talent Acquisition you will be responsible for the full cycle of frontline recruitment and provide one-stop recruitment services across the region.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

Talent Acquisition

  • Handle end to end recruitment cycle for front line positions from job posting, screening resumes, arrange & conduct interview and offer negotiation
  • Actively manage relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure turnaround time and delivery of qualified candidates
  • Act as the ambassador of the brands and create a positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruiting process
  • Conducts research proactively via various channels (social media/job boards/career sites/referrals/market research etc.) and develop strong sourcing network to build a robust talent pipeline
  • Source and evaluate the effectiveness of different advertising media and recruitment channels including job fairs, recruitment day and other recruitment activities
  • Support the design and implementation of recruitment strategies, initiatives, and projects

Employer Branding

  • Support Employer Branding campaign. Assist in recruitment marketing and developing promotional materials.
  • Control the images and contents of all social media platforms, eg. LinkedIn, company websites and recruitment channels. Coordinate with Marketing team and agencies to align the brand image
  • Support social media campaigns such as interviews, recruitment fairs and workshops

 

YOU NEED TO BE…

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in any discipline
  • Working experience in Retail industry (Fashion / Beauty) is preferred
  • At least 5 years of relevant recruitment experience (including volume hiring and direct sourcing)
  • Capable in executing HR projects, such as employer branding, campus recruitment etc
  • Flexible, multi-tasking, detail-minded, independent, team player, well-organized with strong interpersonal skills and commits to deadline
  • Ability to build trust and value added relationships with key stakeholders
  • Fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin), both written and spoken
  • Excellent computer, analytical and presentation skills, strong in Excel and Powerpoint is a must
