Marketing Manager of Beauty Division

Responsibilities
- Responsible for brand and product marketing and report to Marketing Manger
- Manage forecast accuracy by implementing a forecast consumption review programs to drive service level improvements and increase inventory turns.
- Participated in new product development projects and launch forecast developments.
- Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and reporting
- Implement annual brand plan and communication campaign, and new product development to achieve brand goals and KPI
- Work and communicate with internal cross-functional teams and external agencies to facilitate and ensure project execution
Requirement
- Minimum 6 years of product experience in product development especially cosmetics industry.
- Highly organized and calendar driven with the ability to handle many important tasks simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with good analytical and organization skills
- Good interpersonal communication and coordination skills
- Fluent in English is a must
